Conversion of old print press halls / commercial property for live events usage.
The project involved transforming over 10,000m2 of former industrial spaces into a new and emerging nascent event venue. The site was largely in disrepair, presenting a significant challenge as we familiarised ourselves with the entire area over several weeks.

– Personal emergency evacuation planning (PEEP)
– Fire risk assessment
– Feasibility reports for all areas
This project tested our ability to coordinate comprehensive reports to seek approval for various recommendations, ensuring the site met safety standards required by the Local Authority for its intended use and above all planning consent for the change of use.
