Terms and Conditions for Training Courses Offered by HornerSalus LTD

These Terms and Conditions (the “Agreement”) govern your participation in any training course (“Course”) offered by HornerSalus LTD (“we”, “our”, “us”, “HornerSalus”). By booking and/or attending any Course, you (“the Participant”) agree to be bound by the terms set forth in this Agreement.

Please read this Agreement carefully before booking any Course. If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions, you should not proceed with your booking.

1. Booking and Payment

1.1 To secure your place on a Course, you must complete the booking form and make payment in full, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
1.2 Payment can be made via the methods specified on our website or at the time of booking.
1.3 Your booking is confirmed only when full payment has been received.

2. Course Minimum Attendance

2.1 Courses require a minimum of 5 participants to proceed. If the number of participants is fewer than 5 by the booking deadline (as specified in Section 3), HornerSalus reserves the right to either cancel the course or defer the course to a later date.
2.2 In the event of a cancellation or deferral, you will be notified as soon as possible, and alternative arrangements, including rescheduling or a full refund, will be offered.

3. Cancellations and Refunds

3.1 Cancellation by Participant
If you wish to cancel your participation in the Course, you must do so in writing (email is acceptable).
3.2 To receive a full refund, cancellations must be made at least 28 days before the course start date.
3.3 Cancellations made less than 14 days before the course start date are non-refundable.
3.4 If you are unable to attend the Course, you may transfer your place to another participant or reschedule for a future course, subject to availability and approval by HornerSalus. Transfers or reschedules must be requested at least 14 days before the course start date.

3.5 Cancellation by HornerSalus LTD
HornerSalus reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any Course due to unforeseen circumstances, insufficient participants, or other reasons beyond our control.
3.6 In the event of cancellation by HornerSalus, you will receive a full refund or may choose to defer your booking to the next available course date, based on availability.

4. Course Changes or Deferral

4.1 In cases where there are fewer than 5 participants, HornerSalus reserves the right to defer students to the next available course date.
4.2 In the event that a course is rescheduled, you will be notified at least 7 days before the original course date.
4.3 If the rescheduled course date is not suitable for you, you may request a full refund or choose another available date.

5. Course Materials and Resources

5.1 Course materials, including but not limited to handouts, presentations, and access to any online resources, are provided solely for the purpose of the course and are for personal use only.
5.2 Any course materials provided by HornerSalus remain the property of HornerSalus and may not be reproduced or distributed without prior written consent.

6. Participant Conduct

6.1 Participants are expected to behave professionally and respectfully throughout the course. HornerSalus reserves the right to remove any participant from the course if their behavior is disruptive, unsafe, or not in line with the professional standards expected. In such cases, no refund will be provided.

7. Liability and Disclaimer

7.1 HornerSalus will not be held liable for any personal injury, loss, damage, or inconvenience caused by attending the Course, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law.
7.2 HornerSalus does not accept liability for any direct or indirect loss resulting from the Participant’s failure to attend the Course or comply with these Terms and Conditions.

8. Data Protection

8.1 By booking a course with HornerSalus, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data in accordance with our privacy policy.
8.2 Personal data will be used solely for the purposes of booking, administering, and delivering the course and will not be shared with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.

9. Amendments to Terms and Conditions

9.1 HornerSalus reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any amendments will be posted on our website, and the updated Terms and Conditions will apply to all bookings made after the date of posting.

10. Governing Law

10.1 This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Kingdom.

By proceeding with a booking or attending a Course, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
