We were appointed by a client in Sheffield who own and operate a successful and award winning nightclub to assist them with their adoption of ISO 9001 : 2015.
The Process
It was a very enjoyable process and one in which we had to rethink the standard application of ‘products and services’ which 9001 tends to reflect on.
The ASCB Accredited Assessment Body auditor was pragmatic but thorough in his approach when carrying out the independent full gap analysis and we received notification of the 9001 certificate very shortly afterwards.
